In the wake of the global COVID-19 Pandemic, as precautionary measures our courier partner Poste Haste has implemented a temporary contact-less delivery system to best serve New Zealand. Their top focus being getting essential items to those who need it at this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding, and participation in helping to keep New Zealand safe. See below for the new courier interaction process when receiving a parcel.

For residential deliveries that are ‘signature required’ 

  • Our couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as possible).  
  • They will ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground in front of the receiver.  The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.   
  • The tracking information on our website will display a clearly typed recipient’s name as well as the signature image reading CV-19 (all entered by the courier).

If no one comes to the door and there is no Authority to Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call and return the parcel to our depot.

Standard Delivery - Within 5-7 working days from receipt of orders to NZ residents.


Priority Delivery - Within 3-5 working days


PLEASE NOTE: We cannot courier orders to PO Box or Private Bag addresses.

International Delivery Options

Standard Delivery - Within 8-14 working days from receipt of order

Please note - all international shipment delivery charges exclude any local tax charges and is the liability of the receiver of the goods
